HDFC Bank has renewed the SmartBuy 10X program and Diners 10X program for another month. Though this is great news, there have been some subtle changes to this program too. HDFC Bank has removed Swiggy, BookMyShow and Godrej Nature’s Basket from Diners 10X program. However Myntra, Ola, First Cry and Zoomcar have been retained for the Diners 10X program. Smartbuy 10X Program
The validity of the Smartbuy 10X program has been further extended till 29 February 2020 31 March 2020 30 April 2020 31 May 2020.

Bottomline
Removal of Swiggy, BookMyShow and Godrej Nature’s Basket from Diners 10X Program is a huge blow. With continuous removal of partner brands, it’s becoming really hard to extract benefits from this program. Given that HDFC Bank has introduced milestone benefits on Diners Club Credit Cards recently, I anticipate that Diners 10X program has only few days left before HDFC Bank kills it.
Extension of SmartBuy 10X program is a welcome move. HDFC Bank has been enabling new merchants (Gyftr, IRCTC, Oyo) on SmartBuy portal steadily and I feel this program will continue for some more time.

It’s evident from the table above that HDFC Bank 10X Rewards Program is one of most rewarding programs at present. 33% reward rate is just insane and you shouldn’t miss even a single chance to utilize this program.
